ROSEAU, Dominica, May 13, 2024 – The Discover Dominica Authority (DDA) has announced the commencement of nominations for the 2024 Tourism Service Excellence Awards. These awards aim to recognize and celebrate the exceptional dedication and contributions of individuals, companies, and organizations within Dominica’s tourism sector.
The 2024 Tourism Service Excellence Awards will honor outstanding achievements in various categories, including Accommodation of the Year, Tour Operator of the Year, Tour Guide of the Year, Tourism Vendor of the Year, Tourism Taxi Service Provider of the Year, Community Tourism Development, and Sustainable Development.
To maintain high standards of excellence, only providers certified by the Nature Island Standards of Excellence (NISE) will be eligible for nominations.
The DDA encourages members of the public, tourism stakeholders, and patrons of Dominica’s tourism industry to nominate deserving candidates for their contributions to the advancement of the island’s tourism sector.
