Authorities at Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) in Antigua & Barbuda have raised alarms over a disturbing trend where inmates successfully smuggle prohibited items into the facility. Colonel Trevor Pennyfeather, the Superintendent of Prisons, expressed deep concern about the implications of this trend on the safety and security of both staff and inmates at HMP.
