Roosevelt Skerrit is currently in Antigua and Barbuda, leading Dominica’s delegation at the Caribbean Investment Summit (CIS) 2025, which runs from April 22 to 26, 2025. The summit is recognized as the Caribbean’s most significant forum on investment migration and the strategic development of Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs.
Held under the theme “Integrity, Stability, Sustainability: CBI Pathway to Economic Prosperity,” CIS 2025 convenes key stakeholders in the investment migration industry, including regional heads of government, CBI unit directors, marketing agents, service providers, and industry leaders from across the globe.
The Summit aims to foster regional collaboration, share emerging trends, and promote the advancement of CBI programmes as vital engines of economic development, particularly for small island states.

Dominica’s Delegation
Joining Prime Minister Skerrit are senior government and financial officials, reflecting Dominica’s continued emphasis on transparency, financial integrity, and program efficiency. The delegation includes:

- Mrs. Missi Henderson, Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister
- Ms. Marie-Therese Johnson, Director of the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU)
