St. George, Grenada – December 10, 2023
The Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) has issued a traffic notice outlining arrangements for two upcoming International T20 Cricket Matches between West Indies and England at the National Cricket Stadium on December 14th and December 16th, 2023.

Traffic Arrangements:
- Entry Points: All vehicular traffic entering the National Stadium will utilize the Queen’s Park Ring Road, accessible from its intersection with Cherry Hill or Mt. Rush, St. George.
- Restricted Entry: The Green Bridge entrance will not permit vehicular traffic into the National Stadium.
- VIP Access: Vehicular traffic via the Humpback Bridge will be restricted to VIPs/Dignitaries and individuals with special permits from the organizers.
No Entry Zones:
- Old Fort public road from its junction with Lucas Street.
- Cemetery Hill from its junction with Church Street.
- Humpback Bridge from its junction with River Road.
- The Ring Road from its junction with Mt. Rush Public Road to the direction of the Humpback Bridge.
Parking Information:
- Public Parking: Available at the Concrete area car park at the Athletic Stadium and Wesley College Playing Field.
- VIP Parking: Restricted to the front of the National Stadium adjacent to River Road. Gate Six (6) will be allocated for persons with special access passes.
- No Parking Zones: Prohibited areas include Melville Street, Queen’s Park Road, River Road, Mt. Rush public road, and the National Stadium main entrance public way.
One-Way Traffic:
- After the matches, River Road Public Road will be one-way traffic towards the direction of Mt. Gay, with buses being the only exemption.
No Vending Zones:
- No vending activities will be allowed along Queen’s Park Road from Green Bridge to the main entrance of the National Stadium or any other area in the vicinity.
The RGPF advises the public to adhere to these traffic arrangements and appreciates their cooperation in ensuring a smooth flow of events during the cricket matches.
