Renowned Calypsonian Abel “Checko” Jno Baptiste, hailing from the Commonwealth of Dominica, is set to make waves with his upcoming 2024 composition titled “No Drumstick for You.” In an exclusive interview with Nate Media, Checko revealed that the thought-provoking piece, penned by esteemed writer Pat Aaron, delves into societal occurrences and community concerns.
The Calypsonian, known for his fearless approach in addressing political and social issues, expressed confidence that the population is resonating with the song.

Checko acknowledged the controversial nature of his work, especially given his dual role as a professional law enforcement officer.
